Calls and messages may be made using automated, pre-recorded, or AI-generated voice technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Final project terms — including scope, pricing, deposit, payment schedule, lead time, and warranties — are governed by the separate written agreement signed between you and Appenin Cabinets for each project.
The Site and all communications are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, APPENIN TAMPA LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our communications.
